Is there a specific reason you interrupted my nap, or did you just want to wake me up with the flashy box?

Our Favorite Napping Spots
Since the weather has turned colder, the blankies have been put out for our sleeping and napping comfort.
First, here is were we spend most of our time, Mom & Dad's bed.
This is our favorite spot on the sofa and sometimes we have swatting matches over who will get to nap here.
The top of the sofa is Trixie's favorite place during the cold months.

Just Checking In
We have missed blogging and visiting with everyone. Mom was in a car accident last week, she wasn't seriously hurt but has a lot of bruises. The accident was not Mom's fault, an SUV changed lanes without looking and hit her car, she slid into the right lane and sideswiped another car. Then the SUV that hit her swerved back into the left lane and rear-ended another car, so altogether there were four cars involved.
Between healing and dealing with insurance companies she has not had much time to blog.
I am purring and purring very hard for Tigger to be back home. In the meantime I will dream about him every time I take a nap.

Words on Wednesday
Go ahead Mom, just try and make this bed!
We are so happy that Samantha is back home. We're purring and praying that Mr. Tigger will be right behind her!

Gotcha Day!
Some of our friends may be wondering where we have been. Mom, Dad and the growed-up boy bean went on baycation to the Outer Banks in North Carolina. Auntie B came over every day to take care of us. She petted us a lot and assured us that the beans would not be gone very long. This is very brave of Auntie B since she is allergic to us.
This is a view from the top deck of the cottage. They said it was very relaxing and quiet there.
So, on to the Gotcha Day festivities. Five years ago today there was a tiny kitten in need of a home. Mom's co-worker found the kitten by the side of the road all alone and, being a kind person, brought the kitten into the office. Mom fell in love with the kitten, brought her home and named her Trixie.
I, Lucy, would like to be the first to wish my little sister a Happy Gotcha Day!
Trixie decided to have a little cat grass to begin with. She often eats cat grass as an appetizer.
Then, of course, treats followed. We both got treats in honor of Trixie's special day.Trixie is still floating on air from her romantic anniversary trip and beautiful gifts from Tigger. What a wonderful mancat he is! I can see why Trixie is crazy about him.
